Most workplaces weren’t built for the full range of human minds
I help SMEs on their journey from neurodiversity awareness to holistic neuroinclusion — designing ways of working where different minds can actually perform.
You want to do this properly. Let's make sure it actually lands.
Maybe you want your team to genuinely understand neurodiversity, not just know the word. Maybe a manager is navigating something specific and needs more than good intentions. Maybe you're an HR lead building something more consistent from the ground up.
Whatever's brought you here, the instinct is right: understanding how different brains experience work is one of the most practical things an organisation can invest in right now.
I help SME’s navigate this through
Team awareness
Establishing processes and policies
Manager & HR capability building
Employee experience design
What makes my work different is that it’s grounded in organisational psychology, a decade of HR leadership experience and lived understanding of being a neurodivergent human. My work is practical and deeply human.
What is Qualia?
Qualia is a term from psychology and philosophy that refers to how each of us experiences the world internally.
It's the right word for what we do. The same meeting, deadline, or feedback conversation can create clarity for one person and friction for another. Not because one person is struggling and one isn't, but because different minds experience work differently. When organisations understand this, something shifts. They stop managing behaviour at the surface level and start designing environments where different minds can actually perform.
Neurodiversity isn't a fringe DEI topic. It touches inclusion, wellbeing and sustainable performance.
Qualia → understanding → reduced friction → thriving people → better organisational outcomes.
This work isn’t about isolated accommodations. It's about better design.

For Organisations
Different minds experience work differently.
I work with growing organisations who want to turn neurodiversity from a confusing buzzword into something that genuinely makes a difference.
With experience spanning both the psychological and structural sides of work, I look at how organisations function in practice — how expectations are set, how pressure moves, how culture is shaped and sustained.
Together, we create clarity and intentional design choices that allow different cognitive styles to contribute without unnecessary friction.
For Individuals
Different minds experience life differently.
I work with ADHD adults to decode how their minds function under real-world pressure, drawing on training, ongoing research, HR leadership experience and lived neurodivergent insight.
Coaching becomes less about life hacks and more about designing a personal operating system that holds up in demanding environments, so you can work and live with greater steadiness and joy.
“Laura is the perfect mix of knowledgeable, empathetic, and curious. She ran an awareness training for our People Team, and it helped me understand neurodiversity so much better. It also gave me the confidence to engage with the topic more and immediately implement small initiatives with a big impact. I highly recommend working with her. I already booked the next training with her.”

Testimonials
“Working with Laura on our Neurodiversity 101 Workshop was a real pleasure. We loved the way she invested time getting to know our business and culture, before designing a bespoke session that was accessible and insightful. She beautifully curated a safe-space for our team to ask questions and reflect on how we can make our workplace more neurodiverse-friendly and harness all the benefits that come with that. We cannot recommend Laura enough to organisations looking to upskill and build confidence around neuroinclusive.”
