WORK WITH ME -

Everything I offer is bespoke. Rather than off-the-shelf programmes, I build packages that blend training, consulting, coaching and design work in whatever combination makes sense for your organisation. All of it is co-created with you, shaped around your culture, values and systems, and grounded in the intersection of organisational psychology, business reality, and neurodivergent experience. I believe in neuroinclusion that actually embeds itself into how work operates, rather than sitting awkwardly beside it.

For organisations who know neurodiversity matters but aren't sure where to start. We build the foundation: shared language, genuine understanding, and the confidence to act on it.

Neuroinclusive Workplace Fundamentals

  • A structured audit of how your workplace currently works — and where it creates friction. We assess six areas across work design and people systems, gathering perspectives from HR, senior leaders and employees. You'll receive a traffic-light diagnostic report with prioritised recommendations: quick wins, medium-term changes, and longer-term structural shifts.

  • An interactive session — in person or online — covering neurodiversity fundamentals, common conditions, myth-busting and practical takeaways. Designed to build shared language, reduce stigma, and leave every attendee with at least one concrete change to bring back to their team.

Bespoke to your organisation's values and context. Includes recording, transcript and follow up resources.

  • Ready-to-use tools that give your organisation a solid structural foundation for neuroinclusion: from a Neurodivergence at Work Policy and neurotype-specific guides, to adjustment passports, manager conversation guides, and neuroinclusive recruitment templates.

Clear, consistent, and practical — so nobody has to figure out "what to do" from scratch when it matters most.

For organisations ready to go beyond awareness. Grounded in organisational psychology and real workplace experience, this is where insight becomes practical, structural change.

Cognitive Work Design

  • A training session that goes beyond awareness — equipping managers with the confidence, skills and practical tools to proactively support neurodivergent team members. Covers meaningful conversations, unlocking strengths, adjustments in practice, and building neuroinclusion into everyday team culture.

    Bespoke to your organisation.

  • Most performance problems aren't attitude or effort. They're focus, energy, motivation, and regulation — the executive functions that nobody ever actually teaches us. This six-module series gives your whole team the science and the practical tools to work better: more sustainably, more consistently, and with less daily friction. Valuable for every brain. Transformative for neurodivergent ones.

  • Strategic support for HR and People leads looking to embed neuroinclusion beyond policy compliance.

Whether you're building from scratch or strengthening what already exists, this work helps you design systems, processes and culture that work for more minds — and position neuroinclusion as a performance and retention lever, not just a wellbeing add-on.

For neurodivergent individuals who want to understand how their brain works and build ways of working that actually suit it. Less coping, more performing.

Coaching

  • Personalised coaching for neurodivergent employees, tailored to how their brain works and where work feels hardest.

Together, we build practical systems for focus, task management, emotional regulation, follow-through and self-advocacy — mapped to your specific role and environment. Grounded in lived experience as well as evidence-based practice.

  • An 8-session coaching programme over 12 weeks for individuals with ADHD working in fast-paced SME environments. Covers workflow systems, focus, resilience, follow-through and external support — bespoke to encompass participant's goals and friction points. Combines practical strategy, between-session experiments and consistent accountability. Delivered on Zoom with session notes, tools & resources throughout.

Bespoke to your organisation's values and context. Includes recording, transcript and follow up resources.
